No-Sew Free Felt Animal Mask Patterns
These felt animal mask patterns make last-minute Halloween costumes a breeze. The masks need only felt, elastic, a cereal box and my free PDF patterns below. Add a t-shirt and leggings and you’re done. These felt masks will be featured today on my local Fox news station, Channel 2, today in the 4:00 news hour. Squee! I’m so excited for the appearance, but honestly even more giddy about how these adorable masks turned out!!
Each one takes about an hour to make after you cut all the pieces and glue them together, but so worthwhile. Also, they will make great dress up fodder for kids any time! I love the added flower and bow embellishments. It’s a great way to add your own personal touch!

I have to admit, I think the fawn is the most adorable of all the felt animal mask patterns. Every deer or fawn requires a flower crown, right? Add brown leggings and t-shirt and some more cream felt circles to your back and you have yourself the cutest costume, adult or kiddo.
This owl is a little more time intensive as you have to cut out the felt feathers, but I think it works so well.
I had to do a fox mask for this assignment for multiple reasons, not the least of which is that its a project for FOX TV. The little blue bow was totally Allie, my daughter’s, idea and creation. Go Allie! She’s a creative super star.
