Happy December Announcements

Happy December everyone! I have a bunch of fabulous announcements to make!

The first is that I am participating in my first craft fair this week (as in tomorrow!) at Grace Preschool in Baltimore from 9 to 2. I would love to see any locals there. I have my brand new label tags (yay) and a whole bunch of arm knit gorgeousness available for sale, including never seen before projects like oversized pillows, blankets and giant poufs.

Next, I’m so excited to announce that I have a Creative Bug video out – a FREE Arm Knit Cowl Video! Included in the video is an option for making that cowl into a pom pom arm-knit scarf that is super fun! And, there will be more arm knitting video goodness after the holidays (think about the blanket above), so get pumped!!

With two full options for you to learn arm knitting from me, a photographic tutorial here, or the video class here, you have no more excuses not to try! The video is great, it’s just like you’re taking a live class with me! In it, I’ve gone through in great detail all the questions I normally get asked, like how do you make it tight, what’s with big or small stitches along the edges, how do you keep the stitches from crossing at the bottom, how to mattress stitch like a pro, etc!

Last, but not least, I am beyond thrilled to announce that I’ll be teaching at Squam this year in September! That magnificent Art Workshop mecca up in New Hampshire. If you haven’t heard of it, go check it out. If you do, you know you want to join me to make this pouf ! Can’t wait!
