Back when I was a brand new blogger, I designed a series of little easy-to-make DIY girls’ jewelry projects . The projects were intended as advent gifts. I actually posted a brand new jewelry tutorial every day in the month of December! It’s hard for me to conceive making that happen today. But, I hustled hard, working to get them all done in advance. I rose three hours early every morning to post the project from the day before. I was determined to be a successful blogger!
Posting those projects every day caused my blog readership to take off. I ran across some of these photos the other day, and it made me remember how much I love this collection of DIY girls’ jewelry projects! These easy-to-make accessories make wonderful little stocking stuffers, friend or teacher gifts. A lot of these are easy for young girls to make, too. So, put your crafty kids to work on some of these. Keep those hands busy this holiday season!
I also remember that these were the first projects I used my DIY Lightbox for. Moving to this simple all-white background absolutely transformed my blogging and photography. I hope you enjoy a stroll through memory lane and these fun projects from a brand new blogger!
Well, those are my favorites of the 24 I made for that series! I hope you like them, and even get a chance to make some of these sweet baubles! If you want to see all of them, take a look here. Happy Holidays and happy making!!
I am so happy you are here! I am a maker and lover of beautiful things. Find DIY’s, patterns, projects and inspiration to endlessly delight you in your quest for a happy handmade life.
