Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Skeins of yarn must not be opened. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund amount will be less the shipping charge required to return the item, if applicable.
Exchanges

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I ended up tossing it. Was never able to download the instructions but figured it out after a lengthy process of you tube videos. I practiced with soft yarn and was able to start the magic ring but was not able to apply it to the very stiff rope. Guess you needed to be a more seasoned crocheter.

I love how my basket turned out, even though I think I crocheted tighter than I needed to. I was afraid I would run out of rope! I made this for my son’s gf and I’m sure she’ll like it. When my son saw it, he asked it I could make him one too! Which I will of course.
This was so much fun! I made a beautiful and useful basket with my own two hands! I am very impressed with how this turned out!

I purchased two of the Chelsea Rope Basket kits - one intended for my daughter and the other for my daughter-in-law for Christmas 2024. I'm a knitter, not a crocheter, so the baskets were a technical challenge for me, as well as a physical challenge for my 72 year-old fingers. Anne makes it look so easy in the video! Thank goodness for YouTube videos, which filled in the blanks. I finished the second basket today, and am pleased with the results. More importantly, I think the girls will be impressed when they receive something unique and beautiful that's been handmade specially for them.
