Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Skeins of yarn must not be opened. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund amount will be less the shipping charge required to return the item, if applicable.
Exchanges

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

I gave this four stars because it only had enough rope to make 9 of the 11 rows called for in the pattern. It really didn’t make a difference other than it not being as tall as it should. I was surprised because I felt that my stitches were tight and I am usually a tight crocheted. Not accustomed to working with a rope so some difficulty getting the hook and rope through the stitches. All in all it looks cute and will serve the intended purpose on my kitchen counter.

I actually messaged you about the difficulty of this kit. I was told it was a kit for experienced crocheters. I have crocheted for years and have made baskets. This rope will not bend to even do the four chainstitches much less to join them and crochet in the circle. I am very disappointed. I love your items but probably won't buy again.
