Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Skeins of yarn must not be opened. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund amount will be less the shipping charge required to return the item, if applicable.
Exchanges

As a basket weaver (with reed and willow) this was a new challenge for me. Crocheting was not something I could ever do (much to my grandma’s dismay). BUT the video instructions - they were great. I really haven’t a clue what the written ones said/meant/translated to, but the video made all the difference. I have now purchased additional materials and made 3 more baskets. The rope is a little challenging to work with (compared to yarn) but works great for the finished product. Highly recommend even if you have no idea how to do it ! Go make some baskets. really, you can do this.
I purchased two kits, one for me and one for my daughter's birthday. The crochet hook was not usable so we purchased another style hook which works much better. I started with the new hook today.

Everything from Flax and Twine was top notch; the packaging, the instructions ( easy to follow directions, great pictures, quality paper), and the materials. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into putting this together. I bought three kits for friends plus myself. We were so proud that we could make these baskets!
