Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Skeins of yarn must not be opened. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund amount will be less the shipping charge required to return the item, if applicable.
Exchanges

I bought two kits, one for each of us in two different colors.
The Flax & Twine kits were far and above better than anything else I have purchased, it was apparent from opening the box. Everything was carefully packaged with nice tissue paper. But the kit parts were the best part! Cotton twine (and plenty of it), recycled 100% cotton braided rope. The colors are rich and true to the picture. The instructions were in color, with LOTS of pictures and if you need anything little more than that, there is a QR code link to a video. Our finished trivets looked like the pictures
These are fun, fabulous, and easy and worth every penny. I have since purchased5 more kits for myself and friends.
