Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Skeins of yarn must not be opened. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund amount will be less the shipping charge required to return the item, if applicable.
Exchanges

This pattern is lovely and the chunky yarn really helps sell it. The instructions can be a little overwhelming for those new to knitting BUT that's why Anne provides instructional videos as well. Not only that but she responds very quickly to any questions you may have. These blankets made really great gifts over the holiday and were also very relaxing to make as well. They can be hand washed in cold water but you do not want to wring the blanket. I will note that the blankets do shed a bit but that's to be expected with wool.
