Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Skeins of yarn must not be opened. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund amount will be less the shipping charge required to return the item, if applicable.
Exchanges

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The wonderful thing about Flax and Twine kits beside the uniqueness of the project is that everything is there and ready to make. The instructions are easy to understand and having the video makes it even easier. I have never been disappointed.
I love how my Margaret Vase turned out! It's really beautiful and also functional. The 3mm cotton rope was new for me and a bit challenging to start out. Once the center ring is crocheted, the rest of the project goes along quickly as I worked up the sides of the cylinder. I think I finished in less than 4 hours. The single crochet stitch is used & it's really pretty. I have experiece with crochet. If you are a beginner this project will be okay for you, practice the center with regular yarn before you start the vase. The rest is just single crochet stich around & around to get the height you like. The tutorial with the kit is a big help. I am keeping this Vase & will make another to give as a gift.:)
I have never crocheted a vase before. The project was fun and didn't take too long to complete. The end product is beautiful. Crocheting with rope is different than crocheting with yarn. It is more stiff but once you get going, it comes together quickly and nicely.
