Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Skeins of yarn must not be opened. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund amount will be less the shipping charge required to return the item, if applicable.
Exchanges

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

This was such a fun project. The wreaths were so darling and I am giving them as Christmas gifts to all my friends and family (I just bought another kit to make a strand of garland for my home). I am a beginner knitter, and the instructions were very straightforward, it took me 20 minutes to learn how to finger knit. I ended up with about 24 wreaths (each took about 15 minutes to make). Would 100% recommend!
