Frankie Twill Woven Cowl Pattern & Video

Pattern photos use a super-bulky yarn size, while video includes instructions for two different yarn sizes.

Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-3 business days processing time.
Package will be shipped either USPS or UPS.
We do ship internationally and your shipping comes up in your cart as a fixed rate. Depending what you order, sometimes it is more than that, sometimes it is less. If the shipping is less, we will refund you the difference. If the shipping costs more we ask for the difference after the fact, which you can pay by invoice. We never have you pay more than the actual shipping cost. If it’s too much, you can always choose to refund your order.
If you order from international destinations, there may be a customs / brokerage fee required to be paid in addition to what you've paid us for shipping. Flax & Twine is not responsible for this payment. If you call us at the time, we can sometimes get UPS to issue a form for you to self direct the package in your international location and the brokerage fee may be reduced. If you refuse the package, and it is returned to Flax & Twine, we will refund the kit cost, but we will not refund shipping costs.
